Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These terms apply to DJCatLive.com and DJ Cat Live services operated by Super 8 Trends Co. Ltd. in Koh Samui, Thailand.
1. Free listening
The Free plan is always available for listening without a subscription. It may include DJ Cat station advertising and does not include paid venue customisation. We may update channels, schedules and features, but we will not convert the Free plan into a compulsory paid subscription.
2. Paid venue plans
Remove Ads is 590 ฿ per month, Branded Player is 990 ฿ per month, and Customised Music is 1,990 ฿ per month. The checkout or written order summary shown before payment controls the exact start date, billing interval, included work and delivery schedule. Prices are displayed in Thai baht and applicable tax will be identified before payment. Customised Music includes 20 new songs per paid month for the subscribing business or its customer requests. A business may charge customers 100 ฿ per request and keep those earnings. Additional eligible requests cost the business 50 ฿ each.
3. Custom songs
A 100 ฿ custom-song order includes two generated versions based on the approved order details. Timing, delivery method and any optional on-air shoutout must be confirmed in the order summary before payment. Customers must have permission to submit names, messages and other personal material included in a request.
4. Music and commercial-use rights
DJ Cat music is AI-produced. Super 8 Trends Co. Ltd. confirms that it holds the commercial-use rights needed to stream and supply the DJ Cat music offered through its services. Eligible venue use is governed by the selected DJ Cat plan and our Commercial Venue Licence. This covers DJ Cat music, not third-party music independently added by a customer.
5. Fair use of the service
Do not disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse the service; resell or redistribute audio files unless a written plan permits it; upload unlawful, defamatory or rights-infringing material; or fail to comply with applicable Thai law and local venue obligations.
6. Cancellation, refunds and service changes
Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not remove access already paid for. Refund eligibility depends on whether custom work or the paid service has begun and on mandatory consumer rights. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep streams available, but internet, hosting, maintenance and third-party service interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by Thai law, liability is limited to direct loss reasonably connected to the affected order. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
8. Privacy and governing law
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Thai law. Customers should contact us first so we can resolve a concern fairly; statutory complaint and court rights remain available.
