This licence is issued by Super 8 Trends Co. Ltd. for DJ Cat music supplied under an active eligible venue plan.
What is covered
During the paid term, the named venue may play the supplied DJ Cat stream or approved channel as background music at the location recorded on its order. DJ Cat confirms it holds the commercial-use rights required to grant this permission.
What is not covered
The licence does not cover the following:
- Third-party music, video, logos or request material not supplied or approved by DJ Cat.
- Resale, file redistribution, sublicensing or use at unregistered locations.
- Terrestrial transmission, rebroadcasting or regulated activity outside the ordered service.
- Taxes, permits or independent operating duties of the venue.
Free plan
Free listening is available, but commercial venue permissions and paid features apply only as stated in an active eligible order.
End of licence
Venue permission ends when the eligible plan expires or is terminated. Rights expressly granted for delivered custom-song files continue according to that written order.
