Free plan
Free listening has no subscription charge and requires no cancellation.
Monthly venue plans
You may cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. If we take payment but cannot activate the ordered service, we will correct it or refund the affected amount.
Custom work
Request changes or cancellation before generation begins. Once personalised generation starts, a refund may be reduced or unavailable for completed work, except where the service is defective, materially different from the order, or Thai law provides a remedy.

Send the order reference, payer name, payment date and requested resolution in writing through the email, WhatsApp or Telegram details on our Contact page.
