Questions, answered.

Is Free Venue really free?

Yes — standard DJ Cat music and the venue online player, with no setup fee, free forever. Upgrade only when you want your branding, announcements or guest-request revenue.

What equipment do I need?

Any device with internet plus your existing sound system. Open the DJ Cat online player, press play — it works on phones, tablets and computers.

How do guest song requests work?

Guests scan your venue QR code and request a personalised song. On Custom Music + Revenue you set the customer price — for example 100 ฿ — and keep a share of every request.

How do I pay for a paid plan?

By card on our secure Stripe checkout, or by scanning a QR code with your Thai banking app. Verify your email first and we guide you through it.

Can I control DJ Cat with Telegram or LINE?

Connect Telegram from your business dashboard to manage playback, request voiceovers, and get a song request link using an available code. You can queue a finished song to play next. LINE is not connected yet. The dashboard birthday-song tool is available on the Custom Music + Revenue plan and uses the guest's name; a photo and guided birthday flow in Telegram are not available yet.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Anytime, from your account. No contract, no cancellation fees — start free and upgrade or downgrade when you're ready.
